35dg Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 35dg ("35dg", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the 35dg online betting and casino platform available at 35dg.io ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood , and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a different device or IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 35dg reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, 35dg may request verification documents before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. 4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Own Funds Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own legal name. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

35dg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and are actively meeting wagering requirements at the time of termination will be given a reasonable period to complete those requirements unless the promotion is terminated due to a technical error or suspected abuse.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 35dg Platform — including cricket BPL markets, T20 World Cup, IPL, international football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the applicable sports-betting rules published in your account area. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked. 35dg reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, or events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned according to the governing body's rules.

8Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Game outcome disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered. In all game outcome disputes, the game server log constitutes the final and binding record of the event.
